Alkhzaimi Villa is an ongoing luxury residential project that documents the journey from render to reality. The exterior showcases a striking facade with deep vertical articulation and a grand entrance clad in stone-textured surfaces with a backlit geometric gold screen — a bold architectural statement. Inside, the ground-floor lobby opens into a dramatic double-height zone, while the first floor features a skylit room that floods the space with natural light and a sweeping staircase framed by an olive tree courtyard. The design balances contemporary restraint on the exterior with warm, material-rich interiors, creating a home that is both visually powerful and intimately livable. Khales is delivering full architectural design and site supervision for this project.
