Elen Villa

Elen Villa is a completed interior design project by Khales that transforms a contemporary waterfront villa into a cohesive luxury living experience. The centrepiece is a dramatic double-height lobby crowned by a bespoke sculptural chandelier of layered glass rings suspended from a full-height glazed atrium — an entrance that sets the tone for the entire home. The open-plan live station seamlessly integrates a kitchen island with slatted wood detailing, concealed cabinetry, a dining zone, and a TV sitting area into one flowing space overlooking the waterfront. The first-floor sitting room continues this language with warm wood panelling, curated artwork, and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that open to palm-lined canal views. Guest bathrooms are finished in travertine marble and terrazzo with brushed gold fixtures, creating an atmosphere of calm, tactile luxury throughout.
