Al Nahda Villa is a luxury residential project combining construction supervision with a full interior design scheme. The ground-floor lobby rises to a dramatic double-height volume, anchoring the home with architectural presence from the moment of entry. The living hall is designed across two levels — a lower and upper zone separated by a single step — creating a subtle spatial hierarchy that enhances flow and definition. Bedroom renders reveal a master suite with a signature wave-ripple textured headboard wall flanked by slim pendant lights, a built-in dressing tower with lit shelving, and access to a walk-in wardrobe. Bathrooms feature large-format marble cladding, marble pedestal sinks with gold fittings, arched backlit mirrors, and pendant crystal lights. The wash area doubles down on symmetry with twin marble monolith basins, curved arched mirrors, and a floating wood shelf below — a space that reads more like a boutique spa than a residential bathroom.
