Mirbah Prime

Mirbah Prime is a landmark residential palace in Mirbah, UAE — a before & after project that captures the full journey from raw construction to a completed neoclassical masterpiece. The facade is defined by its dramatic circular portico crowned by a curved stone canopy and supported by four towering classical columns, framing an arched mahogany entrance door with flanking arched sidelights. The exterior stone cladding features a distinctive diamond-incised pattern that covers the entire facade, adding texture and depth to the palatial composition. Inside, the ground-floor lobby is a vast, light-filled space finished in large-format polished white marble tiles, anchored by a sweeping curved staircase with a glass balustrade. Construction supervision and site management were delivered by Khales from foundation to final handover.
