Alkindi Villa

Alkindi Villa is a modern luxury residential project currently under construction, combining bold contemporary architecture with traditional Arabic design references. The facade is composed of layered travertine stone fins flanking a dramatic cantilevered box volume faced with a large-scale geometric mashrabiya screen — a contemporary reinterpretation of Islamic lattice craft that filters light and creates privacy. The villa wraps around an interior open courtyard designed as a private outdoor retreat: a sunken seating pit surrounds a central fire feature, with a trio of bowl fountains anchoring the outer garden edge. The internal construction reveals a generous multi-level layout with a dramatic staircase hall and open-plan living zones. Khales is providing full architectural design and site supervision for this project.
