Alzahmi Villa

Alzahmi Villa is a contemporary luxury residence currently under construction, set against a dramatic mountain backdrop. The facade is composed of two contrasting stone materials — a light travertine base with darker, horizontally-grained stone panels — punctuated by bold diamond-shaped stone inserts at key facade junctions. The central entrance portal is deeply recessed and framed by floor-to-ceiling curtain wall glazing that rises across both storeys, creating a powerful and open architectural statement. The boundary wall and gate continue the same two-tone stone language, creating a cohesive estate composition. Inside, herringbone-patterned wood flooring runs through the open-plan lobby, living hall, and first-floor lobby, with a floating staircase finished in travertine-toned stone and a glass balustrade. Bedrooms are oriented to frame mountain views through large picture windows. Khales is providing full architectural design and site supervision.
