Fujairah Port Logistics Warehouse

A large-scale logistics warehouse serving the Port of Fujairah.

Set between the Hajar Mountains and the Gulf of Oman, minutes from the Port of Fujairah, this logistics warehouse was designed to keep cargo moving between the quayside and the region's road network. The steel-framed building combines a large clear-span storage hall with a two-storey glazed office block at its front, giving the operator a single facility for storage, handling and administration. The layout is planned around truck flow: a long run of loading docks with dock levellers lines the main façade, served by a generous yard that separates heavy vehicles from staff and visitor parking. The insulated metal roof carries solar panels and roof ventilation to manage heat in Fujairah's climate. Khales delivered the design, managed the tender, and supervised construction through to handover.
