The Royal Villa is a one-floor luxury residence in Muscat, Oman, designed to embody the presence and elegance of a true palace. Created for a private client, the design focuses on classical proportions, golden columns, and elevated ceiling heights to achieve a grand architectural expression within a single-storey layout. Khales provided full architectural design and site supervision, ensuring every detail, from the entry arches to the roofline composition, supported the vision of a timeless, royal home.
