Mirbah Villa

Mirbah Villa is a bold statement in neoclassical residential architecture. The facade is anchored by monumental decorative pilasters, a grand double-height entrance portico, and tall black steel-frame windows arranged in perfect symmetry — a composition that commands presence by day and radiates warmth under the night sky. A central entrance fountain completes the ceremonial approach. Inside, the design pivots to a clean contemporary aesthetic: open-plan living spaces, travertine marble floors with high-gloss polish, a floating marble staircase, and ceiling LED cove lighting. The interplay between the classical exterior and the modern interior creates a home of layered sophistication. Khales is delivering full architectural design and site supervision on this project.
