The Alswuaidi Retreat is a private luxury villa that embodies the harmony between raw architectural expression and refined organic living. Defined by its sweeping semi-circular arched openings — which frame sky, courtyard, and garden like living paintings — the design celebrates the beauty of clean plasterwork, natural wood, and biophilic details. The interiors feature bespoke curved niche walls, a sunken living lounge with curved built-in seating, rattan pendant lighting, and floor-to-ceiling arched steel-frame windows. Outdoors, the villa offers a curated ensemble of leisure amenities including a swimming pool, a tennis court, and outdoor showers. Khales provided full design and site supervision services, guiding the project from concept through completion.
